The purpose of this page is to let you know about those Group and Clubs that are either offered by Hankelow people, or are available locally. Click on any of the following links to be taken directly to the required Group or Club details :- Hankelow Amenities GroupHankelow Amenities Group came into existence in 1995 The next meeting of the Hankelow Amenities Group will be held in the Hankelow Methodist Chapel schoolroom at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday 23rd March 2010. New faces and ideas are always welcome, so don't hesitate to come along if you feel you'd like to contribute to the Group. If you'd like to help with the activities of the Group, but don't like attending meetings, please phone Val Morrey on 811930 to discuss with her how you feel you can contribute. The Group has produced Annual Reports for 2008 and 2009 Hankelow Craft Group (Sisters in Stitches)Hankelow Craft Group meets in the Chapel schoolroom every fortnight on Wednesday between 10 a.m. and noon. There is a fee of £2 per meeting to cover the cost of tea and coffee, and of hiring the schoolroom.

ADAPT (Audlem and District Acting Positively for Transition)The purpose of ADAPT is to support initiatives to create sustainable and resilient communities for the future and meet the challenges of peak oil and climate change. It encompasses the four local parishes of Hankelow, Audlem, Buerton and Dodcot-cum-Wilkesley. We meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 7.30 p.m. at the Baptist Church in Audlem, and a warm welcome awaits new members. Do come along if you would like to join us, or just find out what we are about. If you need to know more, contact Susan James on 01270-811092 Meeting reports are available for 3rd February 2010, 6th January 2010 Second Helpings"Second Helpings" is a Christian men's breakfast held once a month (usually the second Saturday) from 8.15 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. at Brookfield Golf Club. Attending a meeting costs £7. This includes a full English breakfast and there is usually a speaker. All men are welcome. Pre-booking for catering purposes is required.
