Visit to Hodnet Hall Gardens
Hankelow Amenities Group invites all Hankelow residents to join us on a coach trip to
Hodnet Hall Gardens on Sunday September 12th
For those who have not been before, the Hodnet Hall Gardens consist of formal gardens and parkland, totalling
in excess of 60 acres. They also have a tea room and toilets. They are about 30 minutes by coach from Hankelow.
The coach will pick up at Park View (opposite the Swedish Houses) at 1.30 p.m., and from a point 30 metres
on the Audlem side of the Hankelow Cottage restaurant at about 1.40 p.m.
We should arrive at the gardens between 2.00 p.m. and 2.30 p.m., and leave again at 4.30 p.m., arriving back in
Hankelow around 5 p.m.
There will be no charge for the coach trip and the entrance to the Gardens, but you will need to pay for any
refreshments.
There is only room on the coach for 50 people so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to come.
To let us know you would like to come, please phone either Val Morrey on 811930 or Charlie Foster on 811558.
